Terms of Deleting Account

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF DELETING ACCOUNT CAREFULLY, INCLUDING OUR TERMS OF SERVICE AND PRIVACY POLICY.

This Terms of Deleting Account (“Agreement”) is a legally binding agreement between [ SuperNova] and you (“you” or “User”). This Agreement governs your closure and deletion of your game Account or Access to our Services(“Account”).

1.Circumstances

We shall terminate or delete your Account under the following necessary circumstances:

(1)We may terminate your Account at any time for any reason without any further formality if we have reason to believe that you have failed to comply with any of the terms between you and us. Besides, you will not be permitted to re-register as a User without our express permission.

(2)We'll proceed with deleting your account once we have received confirmation from you and when we have confirmed that you are the owner of the account in question（in some cases additional questions might be needed to confirm ownership of the account before we proceed.）

(3)In the case you request to remove or delete your personal data (for more information, please visit our Privacy Policy), and such removal or deletion of your data may result in the termination of some or all of our applicable services.

2. Consequences

Please note that deleting or terminating your Account shall be permanent and irrevocable closure and deletion of your Account.This includes all in-game currency and progress whether paid for or not. Once your Account is deleted it can not be retrieved anymore.

You understand that if you request to have your Account deleted, or if we delete your Account, you will no longer be able to access the data for any game (including but not limited to levels and score achieved in game, or any virtual items (currency) associated with your Account) previously associated with your Account.

Also note that if we delete your account,we will retain your personal data as necessary for our legitimate business interests, such as to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes,and enforce our agreements between you and us. For more information, please visit our Privacy Policy.

You will still be held responsible for your actions taken during the use of this Service before the deletion of your Account.

3.Procedure

If you decide to terminate your Account, please contact our support service and we may terminate it as soon as reasonably practical after receiving your termination request.

You have the rights to apply for your Account to be deleted, but you may only delete your own Account, and should do so according to the guidelines (e.g., contacting our support service) provided by this Service, and you should ensure that you meet the related terms for Account deletion.

When you use our services via third party accounts (if applicable), you’ll be provided a choice of merely terminating the access to our Service without deleting your third party accounts.
